As a mechanical engineer with over 20 years of remarkable experience, Evan has provided HVAC and Plumbing design and project management for a vast variety of projects. He will work to fully understand the requirements for the project regarding its program, schedule, and budget. He will focus on design efforts to achieve energy efficiency, reliability, and flexibility. He has strong work experience in design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC/plumbing systems. His leadership in management is vital to the success of executing the development of the office.

Benson Balan is an Electrical Engineer with 28 years of Consulting Engineering experience. He has provided Electrical Design and Project Management for various project types and delivery methods (i.e. Full Design, Design Build, & Design Competition) for Corporate, Commercial, Governmental (Federal & State), Educational, Highrise and High Density Residential, Hospitality, Critical Facilities, Aviation, Technology R&D, Technology Manufacturing, Clean Rooms, Tech & Bio Laboratories, Data Centers, Military & DoD Facilities. He also mentored numerous Colleagues, Young Engineers and Architects pertaining to Electrical Power Systems Principles, and Design of Power & Lighting Systems. His project experience are primarily located in California, Hawaii & Guam. His electrical project design experience includes 208V/120V & 480V/277V, 11MW Highrise Commercial-Condo Mixed Use Building Power Systems, and 12.47KV, 21KV & 115KV, 100MW Technology Campus Facility Power (with 26MW DRUPS Back-up Power System replacement for 50MW Fossil Fuel Generator System), i.e. Scalable for 1GW Data Center Campus Facility Power System.

Cecila Salonga is a mechanical/plumbing designer with 20 years of Consulting Engineering experience.
With diverse experience in building construction - including roles as a site project manager, estimator and designer - she is an important asset to the company. She has completed numerous and varied projects, which have broadened her knowledge and further strengthened her organized work style, strong commitment to quality, and dedication to meeting deadlines. 

She is proficient in the following: AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, Bluebeam Revu, LoopCAD and EnergyPro.

Fabian Carrillo is an Electrical Designer with 10 years of experience designing and design-build electrical construction drawings for commercial, multifamily, restaurants and bio lab buildings utilizing design software’s like Autocad, Revit, AGI 32 and EnergyPro. Electrical design drawings include implementing electrical load calculations, lighting fixtures schedules, feeder schedules, single line diagram, Title 24 Docs, power plan, lighting plan and lighting photometrics plans.
