As a mechanical engineer with over 20 years of remarkable experience, Evan has provided HVAC and Plumbing design and project management for a vast variety of projects. He will work to fully understand the requirements for the project regarding its program, schedule, and budget. He will focus on design efforts to achieve energy efficiency, reliability, and flexibility. He has strong work experience in design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC/plumbing systems. His leadership in management is vital to the success of executing the development of the office.

Benson Balan is an Electrical Engineer with 28 years of Consulting Engineering experience. He has provided Electrical Design and Project Management for various project types and delivery methods (i.e. Full Design, Design Build, & Design Competition) for Corporate, Commercial, Governmental (Federal & State), Educational, Highrise and High Density Residential, Hospitality, Critical Facilities, Aviation, Technology R&D, Technology Manufacturing, Clean Rooms, Tech & Bio Laboratories, Data Centers, Military & DoD Facilities. He also mentored numerous Colleagues, Young Engineers and Architects pertaining to Electrical Power Systems Principles, and Design of Power & Lighting Systems. His project experience are primarily located in California, Hawaii & Guam. His electrical project design experience includes 208V/120V & 480V/277V, 11MW Highrise Commercial-Condo Mixed Use Building Power Systems, and 12.47KV, 21KV & 115KV, 100MW Technology Campus Facility Power (with 26MW DRUPS Back-up Power System replacement for 50MW Fossil Fuel Generator System), i.e. Scalable for 1GW Data Center Campus Facility Power System.

Cecilia Salonga is a Mechanical and Plumbing Designer with over 20 years of experience in building systems design. With hands-on construction experience and involvement across architectural and MEP, she brings a practical, well-rounded perspective. She specializes in the design and coordination of HVAC and plumbing systems, working closely with structural and architectural teams to deliver efficient, code-compliant, and fully integrated solutions. Known for her organized approach and attention to detail, Cecilia consistently produces high-quality, well-coordinated designs that support successful project outcomes.

Fabian Carrillo is an Electrical Designer with 10 years of experience designing and design-build electrical construction drawings for commercial, multifamily, restaurants and bio lab buildings utilizing design software’s like Autocad, Revit, AGI 32 and EnergyPro. Electrical design drawings include implementing electrical load calculations, lighting fixtures schedules, feeder schedules, single line diagram, Title 24 Docs, power plan, lighting plan and lighting photometrics plans.

Frederico Bondeci is an Electrical Engineer with over 16 years of experience in engineering consultancy. He specializes in the design of power, lighting and life safety systems, ensuring full compliance with the National Electrical Code and International Building Code. As a Technical Lead, Frederico has delivered complex projects across high-rise residential, mixed-use, healthcare, and institutional sectors. He brings a strong track record of producing accurate designs and detailed system analyses using industry-standard tools including ETAP, Revit, and AutoCAD.
